Founded in 2009 by developer and community leader Jaebadiah S. Gardner, GardnerGlobal was built to create pathways for generational Black wealth through real estate development. From restoring historically Black neighborhoods to driving new affordable housing initiatives, our work is rooted in equity, sustainability, and legacy.

With a background at Turner Construction and a JD from Western Michigan University, Jaebadiah is a Seattle-based developer and advocate for equitable housing. His vision drives GardnerGlobal’s mission to restore cultural identity and create new opportunities for Black communities..

  • Associate Developer / Project Partner

    CEO of Central Pillars with a background in commercial real estate development and a dedication to inclusive project delivery, Loundyne Hare plays a key role in executing GardnerGlobal’s equity-driven projects. In prior roles, he helped lead over $12 million in acquisitions and managed development pipelines across greater Seattle. As a trusted partner in Skyway cleanup efforts and early-stage modeling, Loundyne brings financial expertise and community focus to every phase of development.

  • Executive Assistant / Operations Lead

    Ashley Cardo ensures seamless coordination across GardnerGlobal’s operations—from stakeholder communications to project execution support. Her organizational precision and strategic oversight help sustain the firm’s mission to blend development with cultural integrity and community empowerment. Whether handling logistics, community outreach, or internal workflow, Ashley keeps every project advancing with purpose and clarity.
